A group of extremist Muslims attacked a Hindu temple in Shibatala Karmakar area of Chapainawabganj district. The army is coming to the scene. According to the temple committee people, the army is not helping them so they have gathered on the streets in protest.

ભારત અને અમેરિકા ઉત્તરાખંડના ઓલી માં ચીનની બોર્ડર નજીક બંને દેશોની સેના “યુદ્ધ અભ્યાસ” નામે એક વૉર એક્સરસાઈઝ કરવા જઈ રહ્યા છે.

2004માં થયેલી સંધિ અનુસાર ભારત-અમેરિકાના સૈન્ય બળો વચ્ચે યુદ્ધ અભ્યાસ થાય છે. એક વર્ષ અમેરિકામાં તો બીજા વર્ષે ભારતમાં આમ આ 18મી વખત છે.

અમેરિકાની સેનાએ મેદાની પ્રદેશોના યુદ્ધમાં મહારથ મેળવેલી છે,પરંતુ અમેરિકાની સેનાને પર્વતોની વચ્ચે લડવામાં મહારથ નથી. પરંતુ ભારતની સેના વારંવાર ચીન અને પાકિસ્તાનની સેના સાથે ટકરાવના કારણે તેણે મહારથ મેળવેલી છે. તેથી આ વખતે આ યુદ્ધ અભ્યાસ ચીનની બોર્ડર નજીક ઓલીમાં રાખવામાં આવ્યો છે.

તાઇવાનના મુદ્દામાં ચીન “વન ચાઇના પોલિસી”ના અંતર્ગત પોતાનું માને છે જ્યારે તાઇવાન પોતે સ્વતંત્ર રાષ્ટ્ર રૂપે સમસ્ત ચીન ઉપર લોકતાંત્રિક રાષ્ટ્ર રૂપે પોતાનો દાવો કરે છે. અમેરિકા ચીનની પોલિસી માને છે પરંતુ તે તાઇવાન પણ અલગ રાષ્ટ્ર તરીકે દેખાડવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરતા દેખાઈ રહ્યું છે. અમેરિકાની સંસદની અધ્યક્ષ નેન્સી પેલોસીની તાઇવાન યાત્રા પછી ચીન અમેરિકાને પોતાનો કટ્ટર વિરોધી માની રહ્યું છે, જ્યારે અમેરિકા ચીનને દુનિયામાં “debt tred policy” અંતર્ગત બીજા દેશોને પોતાની જાળમાં ફસાવી તે દેશને સમાપ્ત કરતા દેખાડી રહ્યું છે.

બંને દેશોની આ બાબતમાં ભારતે અમેરિકા સાથેના યુદ્ધ અભ્યાસની તારીખનું એલાન કરતા જ ચીન ભડકે બળવા લાગ્યું. ચીનના ડિફેન્સ મિનિસ્ટરે ભારતને 1996ની સંધિની યાદ અપાવતા કહ્યું કે બંને દેશ બોર્ડરના 10 કિલોમીટરની અંદર યુદ્ધ અભ્યાસ કરી શકશે નહીં.

ભારતના વિદેશ મંત્રાલયે જવાબ આપતા કહ્યું કે ભારતે કોની સાથે યુદ્ધ અભ્યાસ કરવો કે કોની સાથે ના કરવો એ ભારતનો આંતરિક મુદ્દો છે.તેમાં કોઈ પણ દેશનો હસ્તક્ષેપ સહન કરવામાં આવશે નહીં.

ભારતને સંધિઓનું જ્ઞાન આપતું ચીન એ ભૂલી ગયુ છે કે એ પોતે ગલવાન વેલીની નજીક ઘણીવાર યુદ્ધ અભ્યાસ કરી ચૂક્યું છે. સાથે સંધિઓ તોડવામાં તો ચીને કસર છોડી નથી.તો પછી ભારત ઉપર આરોપ મુકવાનો કોઈ અર્થ બનતો જ નથી. ચીનની કંપનીઓ ઉપર જાસૂસી કરવાના આરોપ પણ લાગી ચુક્યા છે.

એકબાજુ ચીન UNમાં પાકિસ્તાની આતંકવાદીનો બચાવ કરે છે અને બીજું બાજુ ભારતથી CPECમાં સમર્થન માંગે છે જે ભારતના અભિન્ન અંગમાં જ નિર્માણ પામેલ છે.

વર્તમાન ભારત સરકારની વિદેશનીતિની પ્રશંસા અમેરિકાથી લઈને યુરોપ સુધી થઈ રહી છે. ભારત સ્ટાર્ટઅપની દુનિયામાં કીર્તિમાન સ્થાપી રહ્યું છે. ઉત્તરાખંડની ઓલીમાં થઈ રહેલા યુદ્ધ અભ્યાસથી ચીનને તકલીફ તો થવાની પરંતુ ભારત એક સ્વતંત્ર અને લોકતાંત્રિક રાષ્ટ્ર છે. ચીને એ ના ભૂલવું જોઈએ કે ભારત પોતાના નિર્ણયો જાતે જ લે છે, ભારત પાકિસ્તાનની જેમ વિદેશી દબાવ સહન નથી કરતું.
